This video lesson was created as an example of teaching a skill through screen capture of a demonstration. It comes strictly from me, as accessing video trainings I have created for previous employers is not possible. Therefore, there has not been Subject Matter Expert or Management feedback, and thus it is not as polished as my professional work has been.
This document is a representation of my style of creating a process document, with steps carefully laid out and screen shots liberally used. This combination, along with providing the video above, would capture most adult learning styles, with availability as a mentor or resource through IMs or email covering the rest.
These two lessons are pdf versions of SCORM files that were created in Articulate 360 and then uploaded to an LMS. As such, the animations, videos and quiz feedbacks are not able to be seen.
This lesson was created for a new program that a Medicare Advantage team was adopting. It included brief videos that demonstrated how to perform many of the tasks and ended with an edited video in which the Subject Matter Expert demonstrated most of the program's functionality. By following up text and brief videos with a full video demonstration, multiple learning styles were addressed and reinforceent of the information was achieved.

This lesson was created to upskill associates to performing the configuration of Medicare Advantage plans, as well as to serve as a reference point for existing associates. It was created over a course of several weeks with the cooperation and input of the configuration manager and their designated Subject Matter Experts. It was created to be a standalone course if needed, but preferably to accompany face-to-face learning, either in a classroom or remotely, as a part of a blended learning environment.
